  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded to you.

5. Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges are governed by our Exchange & Returns Policy. Both are available on this website and form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text and graphics, belongs to Nayab Pitara and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayab Pitara shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
