Exchange & Returns Policy

At Nayab Pitara, every piece is carefully checked before it is dispatched. Please read our exchange policy below before placing your order.

No refunds or cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Size exchange

  • A size exchange can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, send us a WhatsApp message on +91 99679 10388 with your order number, the size you need, and photos of the product.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging with all pieces of the set (e.g. kurta, bottom and dupatta).
  • Products bought on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
  • The customer ships the product back to us at their own cost. We will share the return address on WhatsApp.
  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will ship the new size to you free of charge.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please inform us on WhatsApp (+91 99679 10388) within 3 days of delivery.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video of the parcel being opened is mandatory for all such claims. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
  • Once the claim is verified, we will bear the cost of the return shipment and send you a replacement free of charge.

If the size or product is unavailable

Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities. If the size you need (or a replacement piece) is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for that product. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used on any product on nayabpitara.com.

Please note

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings. These are not considered defects.
  • Handcrafted and embroidered pieces may have minor irregularities, which are part of their charm and are not considered defects.
