Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed.
• Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Deliveries to remote areas, or during festive seasons, sales and unforeseen events (such as weather conditions or courier delays), may take longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct when placing your order, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Damaged parcels

Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening your parcel. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery as described in our Exchange & Returns Policy.
